I already talked about one nail polish from this new Colour Boost line by Essence. At the start, when the new collection came I wanted to buy this pale pink nail polish, but I didn't because I thought it would be the same formula as by other pastels (I completely overlooked the one-coat and go writing). But then I saw it on Instagram and everyone loved the formula, so I decided to get it and I'm so glad I did. It's called 01 Instant Friendship.
The brush is the same as by the blue one, round cut and thick, but with this colour I didn't have any problems with application at all. The blue was was so much more pigmented and I have a feeling formula is also a bit runnier, that's why the application was messy.
The formula is amazing, one coat isn't enough, not even with a thicker coat, but two are perfect. It's a perfect pastel pale pink colour. I couldn't capture the exact colour with my phone, I took the photos two times and the photos always looked washed out, my phone just can't capture the real shade. In real life it has more colour, I even see some peachy tones in it. So far, I have worn it three times, I applied a top coat over and it lasted for about two days and then it started to chip, so it's not very longlasting on my nails.
Remember the nail polish I talked about in one of my posts? The matte one from Essence's Arriba TE, I loved that one, I was searching for a shade like this for a long time, but they all were too sheer and now I finally have one that has a perfect formula and it's even part of their regular collection.
Have you tried the Colour Boost nail polish line from Essence? Thank you for reading!
