L.O.V LOVillusion Holographic Highlighter Palette

I wanted to do a review of this palette for a while now, but something always came in between. L.O.V Cosmetics is leaving Slovenian drugstores and since I love this palette, I had to make a post about it. I already owned one L.O.V highlighting palette before I got this one, and I really enjoyed using one shade in it, so I had high hopes for this one. If I'm honest, I was over the holo trend and I didn't think this palette would impress me so much, but in the end, it did. The palette is called LOVillusion Holographic Highlighter Palette, I got the shade No. 100 Prismatic Attitude.

It comes in a sleek and well-made cardboard packaging that I love. It's quite compact and it comes with a mirror so it would be nice to travel with. The outside of the packaging has a silver and shiny holo effect. It has the magnetic closure that works well. You get 6g of product for 14,99€.

In the palette, there are three highlighters: Iridescent Pink, Opalescent Green and Peach Prism. I couldn't describe the shades better than these names. It was hard to capture the shades on camera, it is best if you see the shades in person.

The texture is quite soft and a little dry. The pigmentation is good. It goes nice on the skin and it sort of blends into it, it doesn't just sit there. The finish is gorgeous, the highlighters have a holo effect and such a nice sheen to them. You can apply them lightly for a natural look or you can go all out and make them stand out. I use Peach Prism the most because it's just the nicest out of these three and it looks the most natural for everyday wear.

This palette is supposed to be for eyes, face and body. I wouldn't really wear it on the eyes, I prefer my natural brown tones, but for the body, it is quite nice. I did try it and it looks beautiful on the collar bones. Still, I prefer it as a cheek highlighter, I love the look it gives to my face.
